Job summary

Crystal Care Collection Limited invites applications for the General Manager role at Maypole Gardens, a new 66-bed luxury residential care home in Peterborough opening February 2027. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Registered Manager or similar senior leadership role within a care setting

Maypole Gardens will be the newest addition to Crystal Care Collection’s growing portfolio of luxury care homes across the Midlands.

We are looking for an ambitious, values-driven General Manager to lead our brand-new 66-bed residential care home in Peterborough.

With Maypole Gardens due to open in February 2027, we are looking for someone who can bring the right attitude, energy and vision to a new home, someone who wants to create an exceptional environment for residents and build a strong, committed team around them.

About the role

As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and success of Maypole Gardens.

You will play a key role in establishing the culture of the home, recruiting and developing your team, building relationships with residents and families and ensuring the highest standards of care and service from day one.

This is a role for someone who is proactive, visible and hands-on. Someone who doesn’t wait for things to happen, but sees an opportunity, takes ownership and makes it happen.
