Joule’s Brewery invites an experienced General Manager to lead the launch of Gas Street Vaults, a flagship pub in Birmingham’s city centre. You’ll oversee team building, operations, and the guest experience from day one.

You’ll drive sales through events, craft beer focus and local engagement, while delivering high standards across food, drink and service on a canalside site with strong investment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a busy pub, restaurant or hospitality venue.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercial awareness with track record of delivering sales/profit targets.
• Passion for hospitality, food and drink, especially beer and wine.

Responsabilités

• Leading, motivating and developing the team.
• Driving sales through events, promotions and local engagement.
• Delivering high standards across food, drink and service.
• Managing stock, cash and overall business performance.
• Working closely with Head Chef to deliver a strong food offer.
• Planning and delivering a calendar of events and trade builders.
• Ensuring full compliance and operational excellence.
• Being a brand ambassador for Joule’s Brewery.
