We're looking for an Extra Special General Manager for one of our most successful businesses within the whole Company! Salary up to £55K + bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are seeking a great General Manager to lead at the Vikings Landing in Liverpool and drive the team to continued success!

About the pub

The Vikings Landing is an open-plan carvery with a centrally located L-shaped bar, a large beer garden, and children's play equipment. Located on the edge of an industrial estate and near residential areas, it benefits from good passing trade and a diverse local demographic.

This site currently trades approximately £50,000 weekly, with a 40% wet and 60% dry split. Projected to generate £2 million annually, it’s a flagship in the North West and across the Company. There is growth potential through excellent hospitality and maximizing low sales periods, including evenings and midweek activities.

We seek a strong, guest-focused operator; previous management of a similar-sized site is essential. Knowledge of the area is advantageous but not required.

Three-bedroom management accommodation is available.
