Job summary

The Cliftonville on the North Norfolk coast in Cromer is seeking a General Manager to take the helm of a pub with rooms. You will drive autonomous decision-making, shape the food and event offerings, and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest service in a coastal setting.

Experience running pubs with rooms is important. You’ll manage recruitment, marketing, and guest experience while developing the business in line with your vision and the company framework.

General Manager - Up to 51K plus bonus - Live In

We're looking for a General Manager for The Cliftonville in the North Norfolk coastline town of Cromer. The Cliftonville has 30 bedrooms (all with sea views), a ballroom used for events and weddings, multiple private spaces as well as a terrace overlooking the coast. The bar and lounge have been recently refurbished and there are plenty of bookable spaces to grow sales. We're looking for a General Manager with experience running pubs with rooms to take the helm in this beautiful business.
