Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking a General Manager who will lead a busy restaurant as if owning the business. You will shape strategy, master the P&L, drive sales, ensure compliance and safety, and inspire your team to perform at their best.

With 3+ years’ GM experience and a strong commercial focus, you will recruit, develop, and retain top talent, while delivering a memorable PERi-PERi experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams in a busy operation.
• Proven ability to manage a restaurant P&L and drive profitability.
• Strong customer focus and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the restaurant and lead the management team to deliver results.
• Drive sales, optimize staffing and labour to meet budgets.
• Uphold safety, compliance and brand standards across operations.
