Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Lewisham is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant performance, people and commercial results. You’ll own P&L, set strategy, drive sales and ensure safety and standards while inspiring your team.

You’ll focus on staffing, budgeting, forecasts, and delivering exceptional PERi-PERi experiences across Eat-in, Collect, and Delivery. Minimum 3 years in a GM role required; strong bonus potential and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a General Manager role leading busy operations.
• Proven skill in driving sales and managing P&L.
• Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong customer focus and safety/compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set restaurant direction, drive business performance and inspire the management team.
• Balance budgets, forecast labour, and manage resources to deliver results.
• Lead hiring, training and ongoing development of staff across shifts.
• Deliver exceptional PERi-PERi customer experience in Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
• Protect brand standards, food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Managers to grow profitability and guest satisfaction.
