Nando’s Group is looking for a General Manager in the UK to lead and inspire the restaurant team, deliver excellent PERi-PERi hospitality and drive sales against targets. You’ll own day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your people, creating a bustling, guest-focused environment and ensuring every shift reflects our brand and values.

You will be accountable for performance, staff development and delivering great guest experiences, with a structured training plan and a competitive bonus
