Job summary

Daisy Green Collection is seeking a General Manager for one of our London venues to own operations, lead the team with warmth and consistency, and uphold our standards of hospitality.

You'll monitor COGS and labour, train the management team, and ensure the guest experience remains warm, energetic and community-driven. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality venues
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to drive sales and standards in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth, consistent delivery of company standards
• Motivate, coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellence
• Step confidently into any position within the restaurant when required
• Maintain outstanding product knowledge across all food and beverage offerings
• Ensure full compliance with the Daisy Green Allergy Policy
• Uphold all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
• Manage staffing levels reactively and proactively, including rota planning and cover
• Oversee ordering, stock control and inventory management
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including labour and cost of goods
• Produce and review reports in line with company expectations
