The Bryntirion Inn is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the team and drive the success of the inn. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and delivering strong commercial performance.

You will oversee a hands-on hospitality environment, lead and develop staff, manage budgets, and seek opportunities to grow the business while maintaining excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy Manager in hospitality (pub, restaurant, inn, or similar).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
