The Merchant of Battersea, part of Metropolitan Pub Company, is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a busy pub in Clapham Junction. This role requires energizing leadership to deliver great service, events, and a lively guest experience.

You will build a capable team, manage operations, control costs, and ensure brand standards across all activities. A personal license is desirable, and you will play a key role in growing sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High standards and attention to detail in daily pub operations.
• Experience in managing a busy hospitality venue is preferred.
• Ability to recruit and develop a team to enhance guest experiences.
• Sufficient spoken and written English for role safety and communication.
• You may need a personal license or ability to obtain one.
