Job summary

Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd seeks a General Manager for Botanica Hall in Clapham Junction. You will oversee the guest experience from morning coffee to late-night cocktails, build a first-class team, and drive sales across brunch, daytime and nightlife.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for food and drinks, and a high level of commercial and operational capability. Personal Licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a General Manager.
• Strong background in premium bars, restaurants or lifestyle venues.
• Experience across brunch, daytime, evening and late-night trading.
• Strong commercial and operational knowledge.
• Personal Licence holder desirable.

Responsibilities

• Run Botanica Hall from open to close, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Build and lead a brilliant team, maintain high standards, drive sales across all trading periods.
• Play a key role in events, delivering gatherings from intimate to large celebrations up to 450 guests.
