Marston’s is seeking a General Manager for the Y Cerrig Glas in Pembroke Dock. The role leads a busy food-led pub, with on-site accommodation and a strong responsibility for sales growth, team leadership and guest experience.

The position offers a salary up to £46,000 per year plus bonus and a generous benefits package including pension, private healthcare and training opportunities. Accommodation is provided on-site as part of the package.

• Experience as a General Manager within a fast paced restaurant/pub environment.
• Ability to oversee sales growth, labour productivity, cost control and effective purchasing.
• Proven track record of confidently leading and motivating a team to deliver a great guest experience.
