You will have the freedom to make a significant impact by driving the financial and commercial performance of your business across all four revenue streams: Food, Drink, Amusements, and Bowling/Golf. You will be fully accountable for meeting your budget and KPIs, driving profit, and sharing in the success.

Candidate Requirements

• a minimum of eighteen months experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally within the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry

• evidence of optimizing sales and performance of a business unit
• a passion for people, with experience in coaching, developing, and progressing team members
