Salary: DoE + Bonus

Location: Cambridgeshire

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this lifestyle hospitality group. As General Manager, you will oversee the operations of their hotel. We are looking for a born leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests. This is a new opening, so we need someone with opening experience.

About The Position

1. Create a strategy to increase revenue
2. Bring the brand to life
3. Collaborate with the Head of Product
4. Ensure a positive working environment
5. Develop a training and development program for the team
6. Support the Heads of Departments (HoDs) with the day-to-day running of operations
7. Lead from the front and be willing to get involved

The Successful Candidate

1. Previous experience in a similar role
2. Must have hotel management experience in the area
3. Ability to inspire and motivate the team
4. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
5. Passion for hospitality
