Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, supply chain or related sector.
• Demonstrated success managing large operational teams and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with direct responsibility for P&L management and business performance.
• Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement and change management programs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities.
• Collaborative leadership style with ability to build high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of site operations with full P&L accountability.
• Drive financial performance through planning, budgeting, and commercial management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnership success.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.
• Lead, develop, and inspire teams through effective coaching, talent development, and workforce engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement and change initiatives.
• Monitor and drive performance through KPI management, operational reviews, and business planning processes.
