Job summary

Bella Italia, part of The Big Table Group, invites a passionate General Manager to lead a North West restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment. You’ll drive brand and restaurant goals, mentor teams, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to nurture talent and performance.

The role offers a 45-hour week with quarterly bonuses and generous staff perks, including discounts, career development, and wellbeing benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front delivering exceptional guest experiences and be the face of the restaurant.

• Inspire and develop your team, creating a fun, motivating environment.
• Ensure safety and compliance, keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
