Job summary

Bella Italia in the North West invites a passionate General Manager to lead at the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences and steering a high-energy team.

You will drive performance, partner with Operations Manager, develop staff, ensure safety and compliance, and keep the restaurant thriving in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations Manager and restaurant teams to support staff and deliver strong results.
• Inspire and develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment.
• Ensure safety and compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware and understand how decisions affect the business.
