Bella Italia Cheshire Oaks is seeking a General Manager to lead guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment, acting as the face of the restaurant and driving performance with the Operations Manager and North West teams.

You will develop your people, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace with competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and wellbeing benefits.

• Ensure safety & compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how every decision impacts the wider business.
