Job summary

Bella Italia is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, driving performance and upholding brand standards across the North West.

A passion for hospitality and people development will help you nurture a motivated team in a fast-paced setting. You’ll collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure safety, compliance, and commercial success while creating a welcoming, inclusive workplace where colleagues can grow

• Working closely with Operations Manager and restaurant teams across the North West to support our people, strengthen our teams, and deliver great results.
• Inspire & develop your team creating a fun, motivating environment while nurturing internal talent.
• Ensure safety & compliance keeping the restaurant running smoothly and legally.
• Be commercially aware understanding how every decision impacts the wider business.
