Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a meticulous General Manager for our contract logistics operation in Kettering. You will lead multiple customer contracts, develop high-performing teams and drive operational excellence with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role requires proven P&L oversight, strategic budgeting and a track record of improving efficiency while delivering a safe, compliant working environment and building lasting client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Significant operational management and leadership experience ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site contract logistics or 3PL environment.
• Experience building and developing exceptional client relationships.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to create a high-performance culture through coaching and development.
• Proven P&L management skills with strong commercial acumen, problem solving and decision making, with the ability to delve into detail and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the overall performance of the site, leading multiple customer contracts and ensuring operational excellence and customer service.
• Own the site's P&L, budgeting and financial performance, maximizing revenue while controlling costs.
• Drive growth, improve efficiency and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
• Champion a safe and compliant working environment and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
