Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operations Performance & Efficiency specialist within Global Business Excellence. You will define and communicate program governance, develop training, and monitor performance against CEVA’s long-term strategy, with annual targets.

The role requires leading improvements and managing change across regions. You will collaborate with global, regional and country teams, driving continuous improvement and stakeholder reporting to enable efficiency and customer value.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field; education and experience accepted.
• 5–10 years in contract logistics operations and process excellence initiatives.
• Proven track record managing complex BPE projects at senior specialist or supervisory level.
• Expertise in change management and Lean/Six Sigma methods.
• Strong Matrix WMS functionalities understanding across modules.
• Ability to apply process engineering and improvement methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret data and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to train and coach individuals and teams at all levels.
• Leadership to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent English communication; able to simplify technical concepts.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, results-oriented approach; structured thinking.
• High motivation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Standards: establish and maintain program governance; standardised work and consistency across regions.
• Learning & Development: develop training materials, lead workshops, transfer knowledge.
• Stakeholder Engagement: act as liaison between global, regional, and country teams; foster collaboration.
• Continuous Improvement: analyse performance, identify improvements, implement innovative solutions.
• Change Management: drive organised change with structured communication and training.
• Risk & Issue Management: identify risks, develop mitigations, escalate critical issues.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: define KPIs, track progress, report to stakeholders.
