The Role

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful operation of your restaurant, leading from the front to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive commercial performance, and inspire a high-performing team.

You’ll have complete ownership of your business, overseeing all aspects of people management, operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards across every area of the operation.

You will have:
