Im working with a brilliant casual dining business thats looking for an exceptional General Manager to take the reins of one of its flagship Glasgow restaurants.

This isnt just about running a shift or keeping the lights on. Its about creating an environment where your team genuinely loves coming to work, guests leave wanting to come back, and commercial performance follows because youve built a great operation.

The Role

• Youll have full ownership of the restaurant, leading from the front and taking responsibility for every aspect of the operation, including:
• Leading, coaching and developing a high:performing management and front:line team.
• Driving sales, profitability and the overall commercial performance of the business.
• Taking full ownership of the P and L, labour, stock, budgets and cost control.
• Creating an exceptional guest experience that keeps people coming back.
• Building a positive, energetic culture where people are engaged, motivated and developed.
• Maintaining outstanding operational standards while continually looking for ways to improve the business.
