COREcruitment Ltd in Glasgow is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of its flagship Glasgow restaurants. This role is hands-on on the floor, focused on developing people and driving standards every day.

You will own the full operation, coach a high-performing team, manage P&L, budgets and cost control, and relentlessly pursue a guest-centric, profitable dining experience while maintaining strong operational standards.

The Role

• You'll have full ownership of the restaurant, leading from the front and taking responsibility for every aspect of the operation, including:
• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing management and front-line team.
• Driving sales, profitability and the overall commercial performance of the business.
• Taking full ownership of the P&L, labour, stock, budgets and cost control.
• Creating an exceptional guest experience that keeps people coming back.
• Building a positive, energetic culture where people are engaged, motivated and developed.
• Maintaining outstanding operational standards while continually looking for ways to improve the business.

About You
