The Role

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the performance of the restaurant, leading from the front and creating an environment where both your people and the business can thrive.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, developing and inspiring a large management and restaurant team.
• Driving sales, profitability and overall commercial performance.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences whilst never compromising on standards.
• Creating a positive, high-energy culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
• Managing labour, costs and P&L performance.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing future leaders.

About You

You’ll already be operating as a General Manager within a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality business and be someone who genuinely loves leading people.

You’ll be commercially minded, operationally strong and happiest on the restaurant floor, coaching your team and driving standards rather than sitting behind a desk.
