Olympus Recruitment in Lymington is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a busy restaurant and takeaway. You will be hands-on in FOH and BOH, ensuring high food quality, strong team development, and a profitable operation.

The role focuses on leading from the front with a genuine operational footprint, balancing guest service with commercial success in a high-volume setting.

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 + Performance Bonus (up to £10,000)

General Manager - About the Role:

As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead, coach and motivate your team while ensuring every guest receives excellent food and service.

This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up. You'll be comfortable supporting kitchen operations when needed, maintaining high food standards and ensuring the business consistently delivers an exceptional product.
