My client is a leading contract caterer currently recruiting for a General Manager for one of their B&I sites in Northampton.

Requirements for this role include:

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager within contract catering
• Strong retail (cafe/restaurant) experience
• Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience managing FOH and BOH staff
• The desire to grow within a forward-thinking company
