Job Title: Catering Manager

Location:

Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Central, B3 3SD

Rate of Pay:

£35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Working Pattern:

37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only)

About The Role:

We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham, with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer complements a fresh look and feel for the entire Lloyds office building. Our offerings will include weekly hot counter Pop Ups featuring dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, a Fresh Baked Goods Chef's Table, and daily office hospitality menus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective performance management and appraisals for all Front of House staff and the Head Chef.
  • Maintain up-to-date COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.
  • Ensure the site meets the financial targets set with the client, aligned with the budget.
  • Regularly review the service and food provided, offering feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Manage a team of approximately 10-12 staff members.
  • Oversee retail and hospitality services on site.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous experience in B&I contract catering.
  • Management experience.
