  • Previous B&I contract catering experience.
  • Management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective performance management and appraisals for Front of House staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date COSHH and HACCP procedures.
  • Ensure site meets financial targets in line with the client’s budget.

Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Central, B3 3SD


Rate of Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum


Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)


About The Role:


We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham, with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer aligns with a fresh look and feel for the entire Lloyds office building. Our food offerings include weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” featuring dishes from our Pizza & Rotisserie stations, a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table, and daily office hospitality menus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective performance management and appraisals for all Front of House staff and the Head Chef.
  • Maintain up-to-date COSHH and HACCP procedures and methods.
  • Ensure the site meets financial targets in line with the client’s budget.
  • Continuously review service and food quality, providing feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Manage a team of 10-12 staff members.
  • Oversee retail and hospitality services on site.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous B&I contract catering experience.
  • Management experience.
