Job summary

TRC London Ltd in Bristol is seeking an exceptional General Manager (Sales & Ops) to own a premium flexible workspace operation, driving occupancy, revenue and member experience across two sites.

You will lead onsite teams, develop broker relationships, manage tours and own budgets, ensuring a highly personalised member journey and strong business growth across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Owning the commercial performance of the workspace portfolio, with a clear focus on occupancy, revenue and growth
• Taking responsibility for the successful commercial launch and ongoing performance of the second Bristol location
• Managing incoming enquiries, conducting workspace tours and converting opportunities into new members
• Developing strong relationships with commercial property agents, workspace brokers and the wider Bristol business community
• Negotiating commercial terms and taking opportunities through to completion
• Managing the full member journey from initial enquiry and move-in through to retention and renewal
• Leading and developing the onsite teams across both locations
• Maintaining consistently high operational and service standards across the portfolio
• Taking ownership of budgets, performance reporting and key commercial metrics
• Creating a premium, highly personalised member experience
• Acting as a visible leader across both locations while retaining a hands-on approach
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve retention and support the continued growth of the business

General Manager: Premium Flexible Workspace

Bristol £40,000 £45,000 Base + Commission (OTE £75,000) Full-time

We re recruiting for an exceptional General Manager (Sales & Ops) to take ownership of a premium flexible workspace operation in Bristol, combining commercial performance, member experience and operational leadership.

With a second Bristol location due to join the portfolio in the near future, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the business and ultimately oversee the performance of two premium workspace locations across the city.

This isn t a traditional operations-only workspace role.

We re looking for someone who can run each location as a business; driving occupancy and revenue, converting enquiries, developing broker and agent relationships, leading onsite teams and ensuring every member and visitor receives an exceptional experience.

The Role

Initially taking ownership of the existing Bristol location, your remit will expand to encompass a second site as the portfolio grows.
