About the pub

The Wagtail has been recently refurbished, attracting a strong local wet trade and the 'drive to' food trade. It features a distinct bar and dining area to serve its clientele.

There is significant potential to increase food sales, especially with local residential and business growth.

We seek an operator with a strong background in growing food sales who enjoys being part of a community.

The Wagtail’s weekly turnover is between £20,000 - £25,000 on a 70/30 dry led split. Accommodation includes 3 bedrooms.
