Would you like the opportunity to be the General Manager for an award-winning Care provider, managing one of our new 'Flagship' Care homes?

The role of General Manager

As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home.

You will lead your team on an exciting journey, ensuring everyone is equipped and motivated to deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve.

Performance will be measured through key indicators such as sales leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment, and regulatory compliance with CQC standards.

About you:

  • Proven management experience at a similar level, ideally in a care home environment (circa 70+ beds)
  • Strong leadership skills to manage large teams
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with P+L accountability, preferably in the care industry
  • Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager and RN/RMN qualification (desirable)
