The role of General Manager
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home.
You will lead your team on an exciting journey, ensuring everyone is equipped and motivated to deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve.
Performance will be measured through key indicators such as sales leadership, financial management, customer and team engagement, recruitment, and regulatory compliance with CQC standards.
