Qualifications
What you'll do as a General Manager...
- Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
- Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Recruit and develop your team to ensure they can delight our customers.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
- Be prepared to acquire a personal license if you do not already have one.
What you'll bring...
- High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of running a successful pub.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working with people.
- Business acumen, especially in P&L control.
- A commitment to individuality, caring for others, the environment, and the pub itself.
- Previous success at General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds; a positive attitude and outlook are essential.
- Willingness to learn and thrive when succeeding at new challenges.
