Qualifications

What you'll do as a General Manager...

• Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
• Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Recruit and develop your team to ensure they can delight our customers.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
• Be prepared to acquire a personal license if you do not already have one.
