We're looking for a General Manager for the Hand and Spear in Weybridge. The pub is located a stone's throw from Weybridge station, making it an ideal stop for commuters, with a large car park that positions it as a potential destination pub. The pub features 12 bedrooms, perfect for exploring leafy Surrey or catching a flight from nearby Heathrow or Gatwick the next day. We seek a General Manager with fresh food experience to develop the business and enhance the food reputation of this beautiful pub. Please note, this is a Live-Out position.
