We're looking for a General Manager for a Community food pub in Weston Super Mare. Salary up to £44k plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains, operating more than 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are seeking a talented General Manager to lead the Summerhouse in Weston Super Mare to success!

About the pub

The Summerhouse is a vibrant community venue welcoming holidaymakers and families alike. Located on a busy road leading to Weston, it is surrounded by local businesses and residential areas, just a short walk from Worle train station. The pub features two bars across three levels, known for its carvery, freshly made pizzas, and classic pub menu. Currently, it averages weekly sales of £22k with a 60/40 dry to wet sales mix.

We seek a proactive operator passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, with marketing flair and a drive to grow the pub's success.
