Job summary

Bathpool Inn within Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy rural pub with a focus on hospitality excellence. You’ll train and inspire your team, deliver memorable guest experiences and drive food and drink sales.

You’ll manage operations, foster a culture of inclusion and accountability, and contribute to the district’s targets while ensuring guest satisfaction and ongoing team development.
