Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a General Manager for the Bathpool Inn, part of Vintage Inns. You will lead a team, drive sales, and deliver memorable guest experiences across a charming rural-pub setting. You’ll foster an inclusive culture and oversee service quality in line with brand standards.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, guest-centric hosting, and achieving business targets while enjoying the support of a diverse pubs family within Mitchells & Butlers.
