Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Swindon is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the store, drive profitability and cultivate an exceptional colleague and customer culture.

Role Overview

At Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Swindon, we're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic General Manager to join our leadership team. You'll play a pivotal role in the success of our store, ensuring high performance, driving profitability, and fostering an outstanding colleague and customer culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the performance of the store, overseeing both the Sales and Aftersales departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop your management teams, supporting them to meet and exceed financial, operational, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work closely with your Franchise Director, ensuring that every part of the business is aligned with group objectives, manufacturer expectations, and industry compliance.
• Take the lead on local marketing, commercial growth strategy, and staff development across the site.

Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience and a solid understanding of dealership operations.
• Commercially astute, able to drive business performance through effective planning, leadership, and people development.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
• Customer focused mindset, with the drive to achieve high CSI scores and build long-term loyalty.
• Good problem-solving skills and an analytical approach to data, forecasting and performance management.
