Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a General Manager for a hotel in Stirling, United Kingdom. You will lead the hotel team, drive guest satisfaction and commercial performance, and be the face of the property in the local market.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, upholding safety standards, and embedding the company tools across Operations, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue. A strong hospitality leadership background is essential.
