Overview

Our client, a growing brand across the UK, is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead their site in London. The client holds a portfolio of restaurants, pubs and hotels and is one of the few independently run breweries left in Britain.

Starting as a small brewery in Yorkshire, the business now operates over 200 sites across the UK, with 48 in the capital. We are looking for individuals driven to maximise growth and guest satisfaction on their site.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site and ensuring brand standards are maintained. There is continuous support and guidance provided by your area manager to ensure the vision and plan are followed. You will focus on delivering an optimal guest journey to achieve the best results and maximise net profit.

  • Financials
  • Rota building / managing
  • Training and onboarding
  • Brand awareness
  • Team management
  • Site safety
  • Complaint handling
  • Stock control
  • Recruitment

Being located in central London, footfall and volume are high. Experience with high footfall and volume is preferred to ensure accurate forecasting and planning.

Attention to detail is key when it comes to the team, culture, brand and standards. We want a General Manager who puts themselves in the shoes of the guest and notices the little things that make a difference to their visit.
