Job summary

BaxterStorey in Shepperton is seeking a General Manager to lead a studio campus operation featuring three restaurant outlets and a busy café. You will be a hands-on leader with the confidence to challenge the status quo, drive change and maximise sales opportunities.

With a strong commercial background and people skills, you will develop talent, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and grow a thriving hospitality business while ensuring exceptional standards, safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset and budgeting skills.

Job Description

• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business

Qualifications

• Previous experience commensurate with role
