Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a General Manager for our Leeds City Centre location. The role is hands-on, leading a dynamic team of eight, and accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality, food standards and service to clients and guests.

You will build strong relationships with clients, mentor staff, manage budgets, and drive commercial performance while upholding BaxterStorey values. A comprehensive benefits package and training are included.

Job Description

• The General Manager will be hands on and oversee a dynamic team of 8 BaxterStorey employees.
• Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
• Build positive, credible and collaborativerelationships & communication methods with clientsand other key stakeholders in the business
• Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
• Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance
