Job summary

BaxterStorey, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a General Manager to lead a studio campus operation with three restaurant outlets and a busy cafe. This role demands hands-on leadership, commercial acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will build high-performing teams, drive sales opportunities, and shape service standards while maintaining a strong focus on people development and budget management. Applicants with entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged.

We're looking for an ambitious General Manager to take the reins of an exciting studio campus operation featuring three restaurant outlets and a busy café. This isn't your typical B&I contract. You’ll be a hands-on leader with the confidence to challenge the status quo, drive change, maximise every sales opportunity and inspire a high-performing team.
