Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC, via the Sindercombe Social, seeks a General Manager to build a proud business, grow the team and smash targets. You’ll help deliver moments that matter and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll train and motivate your team, manage operations, and work with district colleagues to ensure consistency. Join Castle Pubs, where each site has its own story, and lead a team to deliver great hospitality, care for guests and drive sales.
