URBAN is a fast‑growing food concept in Yorkshire, now expanding in Sheffield where Burger Masters deliver quality burgers with pride. You will join a tight‑knit team, serving customers with a smile while upholding cleanliness and fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience or openness to hospitality work, preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

TRAINING

We provide thorough on-sitetraining given to you by experienced members of our team. As you progress through your development, you can also increase your hourly rate with our new Learn to Earn scheme, which rewards ambition and dedication to self-development.

Previous experience in hospitality and kitchens is preferred, but it isn't a deal-breaker. We're here to show you the ropes.
