We are seeking talented leaders with great potential and a desire to progress their careers to join our Customer Operations team as General Manager. Help us build a world-class operation that exceeds customer expectations while leading your own team to success.

You will report to the Regional General Manager and be responsible for executing national and regional strategies for a cluster of properties. Your focus will be on improving operational, safety, sales, and revenue performance, increasing overall profitability, and enhancing the end-to-end customer and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, understand, and balance short-term and operational demands with longer-term strategic priorities for your property cluster.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet local and organizational goals.
  • Build and lead high-performing, engaged, and motivated teams fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Create a customer-focused, safe, secure, and inclusive culture.
  • Communicate and implement changes in working practices supporting organizational success.
  • Utilize information from various sources to make effective business decisions.
  • Analyze root causes of issues and solve complex business problems.
  • Adapt leadership style to motivate and inspire others in different situations.
  • Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.

Working 37.5 hours per week, the General Manager will be on-site and available as needed, including participating in an on-call rota with team leaders and managers.
