The Role: As the General Manager, you will:

• Lead a vibrant, busy restaurant that’s part of an expanding brand.
• Bring enthusiasm and a knack for leadership to develop and inspire your team.
• Be accountable for all aspects of the site, including team recruitment, health and safety, financial management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Take full ownership of the business and proactively manage the site.
