Automotive Talent Partners is representing a highly regarded franchised dealer group in the appointment of an experienced and commercially driven General Manager for its dealership in Swindon.
This is an excellent senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished automotive professional who can inspire a team, maximise dealership performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience across every department.
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the dealership, providing strong leadership across Sales, Aftersales and all supporting departments.
You will create a high-performance culture, develop your management team and ensure the dealership consistently achieves its commercial, customer satisfaction and manufacturer objectives.
You will be an established automotive leader with a strong understanding of franchised dealership operations and a proven record of delivering results.
A minimum of two years' experience in a comparable General Manager, Head of Business or senior dealership leadership position is essential.
You must have current or recent experience within an automotive franchised main dealership.
You will have proven responsibility for dealership profitability, budgets and operational performance.
You must demonstrate strong leadership, coaching and people-development skills.
A detailed understanding of vehicle sales, finance, Aftersales and customer satisfaction is required.
You will have the commercial ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and take decisive action.
Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential.
A full UK driving licence is required.
