i2i Recruitment is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple dealership departments in the UK automotive sector. You will own financial performance across sales, aftersales and parts, coach senior leaders, and shape strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

You will use data and market insight to forecast performance, report outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performance culture that sustains growth and profitability.
