We are seeking a General Manager for a charming community pub in Nuneaton, offering a salary of up to £40,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Note: There is no live-in accommodation available with this pub.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s leading pub chains, operating over 1,300 pubs, bars, and hotels. We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the team at The Acorn in Nuneaton and drive success!

About The Acorn

The Acorn features a thatched roof and an open fireplace, with multiple areas suitable for dining, drinking, and pool. Currently, the pub is wet-led (80/20) with weekly sales around £20,000. The garden areas at the front and back enhance summer trade. Located amidst new housing developments and with plans for expansion, the pub benefits from a steady flow of footfall. Nearby shops and Nuneaton Town Centre, just a mile away, support the business. An existing events plan is in place, with room for growth. The senior team includes an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Head Chef. Please note, no live-in accommodation is provided.
